Can I switch session times?
No we can’t transfer ticketed session times, once you’ve made your purchase it’s final
Can I have a refund?
General Admission tickets can be refunded up to two weeks before the event date. After that, we do not issue refunds for a change of mind. We are an independent event; your support allows us to grow. This way we can create even more amazing experiences for you.
Workshop tickets are non-refundable as the workshop facilitators are required to source and purchase all materials needed before the event.
Can I bring my pet?
No we do not allow pets into the venue unless they are a service animal.
Does my child under 12 require a ticket for entry?
Yes they do, we have limited free kids tickets available per session once they’re sold out no more will be added. This is due to limited capacity for health and safety regulations.
Is the market wheelchair accessible?
Yes it is and there are accessibility toilets available.
